At AKIRA, we want you to be completely obsessed with your purchase, but if something isn't right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.
Print and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Get Refunded
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
